Villa Cosy, with its warm and very refined decoration, offers you the greatest comfort just a stone's throw from the beaches of Binic and Plérin-sur-mer. Come and discover this very beautiful, completely private, quiet holiday home of 145 m² and its park of more than 4000 m² fully enclosed.
This atypical property will allow you to enjoy outside a beautiful swimming pool of 9 x 4 m (depth 1.50 m) open and heated from May to end of October and its 6-seater spa, heated all year round at 36 °C for guaranteed relaxation, all well appointed on a beautiful wooden terrace.
On the interior side, what a joy to enjoy the Relaxation area equipped with a Sauna and a Hammam, just for you... right next to your living room!

Summary: Me, my fiancé and our two dogs stayed the week and felt very at home. It’s well designed, furnished and has everything you need. The small touches are especially nice, even down to the segregated bins in the kitchen for recycling, making everything just that bit easier during your stay. The dogs LOVED the garden space, perfect for playing fetch! The outdoor pool is a nice and comfortable temperature, which given we stayed when it started to get cooler was a nice experience. The hot tub and saunas are great. The beds are extremely comfortable, you have quite a job getting out of them in the morning! If you like a chilled and peaceful place to stay, away from the busier more built up places, this is for you. Eric is a lovely host, who is only a message away should you need him, but not at all imposing. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Summary: Everything to relax and enjoy is there… Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna. Also the Rest of the Villa is very good organised. The area is also amazing, 4000qm!!! Unbelievable. Eric was also very kind and reacted very fast. Thx a lot - we will come again T&R

Summary: We spent a wonderful time in the villa cosy. The villa is equiped perfectly (the best I ever experienced). Everything worked perfectly (pool, jacuzzi, etc..). The host was very friendly und very well organized. I'd highly recommend this place!

Summary: We had a wonderful week in Villa Cosy. The house is well equipped, clean and very spacious and the outside space is just perfect. Peaceful and idillic with the added bonuses of the pool and hot tub. The house is in an ideal location, though it does feel remote it’s easy to access supermarkets, local towns and beaches. The host was friendly and accommodating too. This place really had everything we needed and couldn’t ask for any more, would definitely recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed the house and its many amenities a lot during our stay! Mr Bullio was helpful and kind. Nothing was missing in the house and the outside area was just perfect for our family. The house felt very private as well. Everything you need is within short driving distance. Would definitely choose this holiday home again.
