Positive: Near to the beach. Nice and quiet villa. Beautiful garden. Free parking inside the garden. Near to everyting. Beach 3-4 minutes walk. (You can see the sea from the balconies) everything was near , shops, tavernas, children playground, beach maximum 5 minutes walk. The host Dina and her family was verry verry helpfull and friendly. ( sorry , we forgot to take the litle baby bed back to the other room) fully recomending the villa!

Positive: The house is spacious and clean. The host is very kind and helpful. Very nice location - just few minutes walking distance from the beach. We loved the outdoor space.

Negative: The stairs are narrow and steep.

Positive: You get a very nice house for yourself, close to the beach - there is also enough space inside the garden for multiple cars. Dina is a super nice host - very careful and helping with useful information regarding places to eat, nice beaches around, or whatever else you might need. House is big, garden is big and nice, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths a big kitchen with everything in it, good A.C, lot of Ikea products in it - overall it doesn't look like a typical rented place in Greece, but rather like a house equipped for owners and shared (which is a nice feeling!). Thank you very much Dina for being such a nice host! If I'd be back in Khalkidhiki / Kassandra, this place would be my first choice as being close also to Kallithea, Possidi and Suni Beach - those kind of places I enjoyed being in (short trips <20min) - and, btw, they were recommended by Dina !

Negative: For me everything was fine - nevertheless, this property is not fitting well to people with mobility problems - due to the steep & narrow stair to bedrooms.

Positive: The house was nice and clean with everything taken care of (including watermelon in the fridge, Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions on the TV etc. 🙂) A gorgeous yard with a big BBQ and fig trees (we even tasted the juicy fruits 🙂) Designated parking spots for a few cars inside. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Constant communication to check if everything was OK with our stay. They helped us with taxi bookings, beach bar/sunbed reservations. Many nice suggestions for good beach locations and night clubs/bars (in Kalithea - 15 min ride with a car/taxi). We all had a great vacation and will surely be back 🙂
