Positive: We stayed at Villa Clive and couldn’t have been happier! The villa is spacious and modern, with beautifully designed rooms and plenty of space both inside and out — perfect for a group/ family getaway. The highlight is definitely the huge pool, surrounded by gorgeous olive trees that give it a magical touch. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, making it feel like a true escape. Every day we enjoyed the sea breeze, and we were especially lucky to see the allium in full bloom — absolutely breathtaking. The outdoor pizza oven was such a treat, and the villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, Ostuni and nearby beaches. All in all, this place is out of this world — we’d come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious retreat!

Positive: Beautiful house for family vacation, inner and outside kitchen really well equipped with all necessary details for full culinary indulgence. Really thoughtfully equipped and with many ammenities. Heating, lots of towels, pool towels, very clean house & pool. Professional, very responsive host, responded to every question really fast. Given us good recommendation for restaurants, shops in Ostuni. Beautiful location in rural, very peaceful area, in the middle of huge olive trees garden. Convenient location to travel in different cities in Puglia. Highly recommend the place. If again in the area we would gladly return.

Negative: It’s hard to add anything.

Positive: The villa itself is splendid. Extremely vast, quiet, comfortable, charming and surrounded with olive trees. The swimming pool is about 11-12m wide in a splendid decor, great for kids and adults alike. There is an outside shower and kitchen, with a massive double bbq (they even included Weber charcoal tablets to start us up). You can see that this place was purposely built for tourism, especially families with young and not so young kids: there are a lot of toys scattered around the house for 1-10 year old, there is a great tennis table and football table, and a lot of toys in the pool for 5-15 year old and adults. It's also great for partying (there is a massive portable Bluetooth sound system that you can bring anywhere in and outside the house). The beds are extremely comfortable. The inside kitchen is on the small side but sufficient. We even had free access to the bar which contained all sorts of fine drinks. Ostuni is about 10 minutes away and is everything you would expect from a picturesque Italian village on a hill. Good beaches about 10/15 minutes away.

Negative: Difficult to say anything negative about this place, but if I have to, I would suggest that you bring some mosquito repellent, unless you are immune to mosquito bites like me and are not planning to spend time in the grass areas or eat on the terrace at night (my friend was bitten mostly around 7-9PM). There were a few issues with running water, kitchen towels and a small wasp nest but our contact Manuele sorted it all sharply, sometimes in the middle of the night, sometimes at 5AM in the morning. The level of service is quite amazing in that respect (no one should reasonably expect zero problem during a 2 week stay).

Positive: The location was beautiful surrounded by olive groves. The amenities included for the children such as trampoline and soccer table plus small things like colors and ride-on where lovely to have and kept the kids happy and occupied. The adults had lots to do too with the pizza over and BBQ all set up to be used.

Negative: The only thing which could improve this property is an extra bathroom indoors. There are ample facilities but 3 bedrooms need to share 1 indoor bathroom as one of the spare bathrooms is in the laundry room outside and therefore not easy to use even though it is available.

Positive: Amazing villa! We have been in Ostuni many times so far and this is the best villa we have ever rented! Ilaria assisted us during our travel and she was amazing, lovely and caring for the whole stay with us. We arrived very late in the night but we had a Wonderful welcome from the host that immediately made us feel like at home. The villa is superbly equipped, luxury and has high quality forniture. Each room is lovely and touchfully tasted in the design and style. The villa was superbly clean that we joked with the host saying it looked like a surgery room! :-)) The outdoor areas are wonderful, we enjoyed them so much! The house is absolutely perfect. The pool is huge and absolutely stunning in an immense garden that never ends. We loved every single part of the house, the warm feeling of belonging to the place. We booked the barbecue service and a professional chef came to the villa serving us like in a restaurant! On request we also booked a pizza chef who made us eat the most tasteful pizza I ever ate in my life! We also booked a daily cleaning as we wanted all possible services to enjoy the property at the highest level. Staff is amazing here, smiling, and we had absolute perfect privacy. Communication was smooth at all time much better than a 5 star hotel! We are willing to also rent the near by trullo which is also amazing and for large groups of people is fantastic to rent it together with the villa! 10 stars is not enough to vote this lovely property! Come here without any doubt!

Positive: The house is fantastic, and it is noticeable that the owners take care of it constantly and keep it cozy and lovely. Tastefully decorated. It is a house to enjoy and spend time in it. Air conditioning in all rooms, very well lightened, kitchenware and high quality linen... A beautiful, huge pool in a very quiet and relaxing area. The garden was gorgeous. The attention from hosts Eloísa and her husband was fantastic. We arrived at 20:40 and they helped us order pizzas at home, and finally even did the favor of bringing the pizzas home themselves, since the restaurant couldn't. Thank you guys so much!!!. Exceptional welcome, very warm and caring hosts. The villa is a 100% a 5 stars place and the hosts were too. Everything in the villa is amazing, flawless. The hosts were super kind and caring. We'd recommend it to everyone, it was a really nice stay and we hope that the other attention we got (from the person in charge of renting the villa) gets better in the future so other guests can fully enjoy their stay!

Negative: Our stay took place in August, but surprisingly there were plenty storms. The person in charge of the rental, noticed us that from 8 o'clock P.M. we had to pay an additional cost for late check-in. We notified her in advance, that we were late. In our group there are children and an elderly person, so we had to wait for the storm to stop, since we had to get to the car by walk. That delayed us 45 minutes. And although we tried to arrive within the schedule, it was not possible. Finally we paid 40€ for arriving 40 minutes late. Taking into account the price of the stay, and the climatic situation, we believe that the delay is completely understandable, and the charge definitely isn't. In fact, the worst part has been the insistence to collect it. And the lack of empathy with the situation.
