Positive: I liked the spacious rooms and general decoration which kept the history of the property. The property was clean and had basic cleaning supplies which were appreciated. There was also a washing machine if needed. The outside areas were nice and good to eat at. The air conditioning worked well. The complex was quiet and had easy access to the lake front. The restaurants just near us were very lovely. The staff were great and very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed using the pool up at the San Marco hotel. A few simple things would improve the experience.

Negative: The kitchen was missing a grill/oven, the microwave was a combi but it didn't function well and couldn't be used as anything other than a microwave. There seemed to be missing utensils and crockery. and everything was odd pieces. A washing up bowl would be useful, along with basics like salt and pepper. There were no mirrors other than the bathroom, there should be one in each bedroom. The fly screens were all broken., which meant we had to keep the windows shut to keep the mosquitos out. There was no information on rubbish and recycling but there were several different bins. We lost power one day due to a storm and managed to find the fuse box ourselves but that info is worth including on the info sheets.

Summary: We would stay here again, the location was great and the apartment spacious and quiet

Positive: The appartments are fantastically located directly next to the beach promenade and a small beach. Although it is centrally located and Restaurants, a Bakery and a supermarket are accessible on foot it is not overcrowded. The appartment was very well equipped and spacious, the garden was beautiful and the owners where very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The bathroom was a bit dated.

Summary: Very nice and supportive property owners. Clean, well equipped appartment, beautiful located.

Positive: An excellent host, wonderful place to stay, experience the area while being guarded from the overcrowdedness of Lake Garda. A great place to gather with friends, family and/or colleagues.

Positive: Great location directly on the lake. Few restaurants next to appartement. Local market in the morning was a nice surprise. Nice private garden. Two nice towns in 30 min walking distance.

Negative: No dedicated parking place, had to park on the public parking at 1 Euro per hour = 24 Euro per day rate. Only one set of keys for the whole family (note that you need a key to pass the garden gate, main entrance gate, building entry, each of them always closed). Mold in the bathroom. Air conditioning available only in one room. The other room had no AC. Imagine the temperature on the hot 35 degree day.
