Positive: Really perfect place both for short- and long-term stays. It has everything you might need: kitchenware, appliances, extra linens, a jacuzzi, and more. I especially liked that the house is set apart from others - you can enjoy the jacuzzi or shower with the curtains open without worrying that someone might walk by. The area is very quiet, with no roads nearby. The view from the windows is stunning - you can see the whole city and the mountains. The hosts are very friendly, always available, and it’s possible to pay by card. We stayed with a dog, and it wasn’t a problem at all - no extra fees were charged. I can 100% recommend this place for staying in the city!

Positive: Beautiful views, and the house is nicely designed and decorated, with good amenities.

Negative: Could be better maintained, the WiFi was very weak and the smart TV not really functional. Hot water were sufficient for one filling of the hot tub. We also specifically had an issue with the check-in as the host was unavailable for a long time and we struggled finding the place (it’s not properly mapped on Google Maps yet). Eventually we managed to sort it out though.

Positive: Great view on Mestia. Comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped. Good communication via WhatsApp even though we do not speak Georgian.

Negative: Some building work took place next to the apartment. When first trying to use the tub a bunch of hair was blown out of the nozzle. The hot water system did not provide enough to fill the Jacuzzi a second time that evening. Otherwise the apartment was very clean.

Summary: Comfortable and remote from others. Perfect spot for two
