Positive: Gated property with fruit trees and multiple sitting areas around the pool. Outdoor dining area under covered patio was used daily. Outdoor fireplace/ grill was stocked with firewood. House was large and comfortable with bathrooms for each bedroom and with air conditioning. Washing machine was convenient. Location was quiet but convenient to nearby towns including Trevignano Romano and Lago Bracciano. Rome was easily accessible by highway within 1 hour.

Negative: Internet connection was convenient but dropped signal frequently and did not work in bedrooms farther away from internet point ( kitchen). No internet connection/ signal in downstairs areas. Would recommend wifi extender for downstairs and end of hallway/ bedroom.

Summary: Wonderful relaxing getaway in tranquil countryside but convenient to nearby towns and Rome

Negative: The owner put us pressure to leave earlier than check out slot. I had to remind her about the check out as per booking. Also, not so many towels to use. Fridge was not working
