Positive: We chose Villa Cattuni because my wife had been in the hospital for three weeks prior, and we needed private accommodation without other guests. The villa is located in the village of Katun, 10-15 minutes drive from Poreč. The key collection was seamless via a key box. The owner contacted us via WhatsApp and provided all the instructions. The villa is actually nicer and larger than in the pictures. It has everything you need. Due to my wife's condition, we prepared and ate all our meals in the house. The kitchen is very well equipped, lacking nothing. Every day, we barbecued outside on the gas grill, which was great for a quick lunch. The pool is fantastic, as it is large enough for actual swimming. The house has everything: a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Each room has a television and air conditioning. Towels were provided. Additionally, it is nicely furnished, just our style. We highly recommend the accommodation if you want peace and quiet.

Negative: Minor shortcomings, hardly worth mentioning: There is no broom for the outdoor terrace and no cloth for wet wiping. On the last day, we couldn't use the pool as the water wasn't clean, likely due to Saharan dust, strong winds, and heavy rain a few days earlier, but this was beyond the owner's control.
