Negative: no breakfast provided, but I had been told there would be a continental breakfast. Also, I arrived exactly on the scheduled time, but the gentleman who met me greeted me with "I've been waiting for you"

Summary: Lovely home in a lovely area; friendliness of the staff wasn't the best. But maybe a language issue.

Positive: Fantastic location. Very easy to catch ferry ride over the lake into Lucerne which is a lovely town with great bars and restaurants.
