Positive: Two secluded twin houses with private swimming pool. The swimming pool is nice, clean and maintained regularly. Terrace with bbq and sea view. Really nice beach with shallow crystal clear water in 15 min walking distance from the house.
Negative: - No wifi - Not enough beach sun umbrellas for the number of people in both houses. For the two houses there were 2 really old umbrellas and one more that was broken.We bought 3 new and left for the next visitors to enjoy! - For two weeks stay we paid 140 euro extra for electricity for one of the house. The other house paid 80 euro. - Only one Air-condition on 1st floor for 2 bedrooms, hall and kitchen… - Towels and sheets are paid additionally…indeed this was mentioned in the booking details, but I missed and it was really strange surprise. For the amount of money we have paid for the houses, I was really, really strange to pay additionally for towels and bed sheets. Just include this in the price. - Bathroom is big enough but shower cabin is very small and with curtain that could not keep the water inside. Water heater has a leakage. - For the two weeks we were there nobody came to clean the house. I would expect at least once per week the house to be cleaned and if possible for free - No mosquitos nets on the windows - No basic stuff like soap and dish soap So, the houses are great and have a lot of potential, but need some investing to renovate the interior and address the issues I listed above. Please consider the feedback as a constructive proposal and not some random hate. Regards, Kris

Positive: The house is in a lovely location and the views are stunning. The pool is amazing, and sharing it with one other villa means you had it basically to yourself. You're not far from a number of beaches. The house also has dishwasher and washing machine which is a huge bonus. Dinner out on the terrace was great, as was the built in bbq. The check-in lady and her dad were absolutely gorgeous, really helpful, kind and really tried to accommodate any requests - they are an absolute credit to the owners. Ample sun loungers by the pool (but see below).
Negative: No mosquito nets on the windows seemed harsh, and one air con downstairs was not enough - you can't keep windows open to ventilate (wasps/mosquitoes/flies due to lack of nets), which means keeping air con on longer than you want, but the downstairs air con just isn't enough unless you keep it on all the time - given charge of 46p per kw that adds up to quite a bit. The bedrooms downstairs were therefore warm most of the time, and doors had to be kept open limiting privacy. When we arrived there wasn't even a bottle of water, which given the price of the house mightve been expected as tap water isn't drinkable - we arrived after supermarkets etc were shut. Minor point, but only one pool side umbrella isn't enough for two families sharing the pool.

Negative: Mosquitos. There are plenty of them and there are no protective nets.

Positive: Very good sized villa.
Negative: The rubbish! There should be plastic rubbish bins at the end of the drive so that guests can dispose of their recycling without the local dogs scattering the rubbish all over the drive. Also, there needs to be a chopping board in the kitchen of the villa.
