Positive: Comfort, privacy and the view! The villa is part of a complex of four nearly identical villas. It’s quite unconventional—there’s no traditional furniture. Everything is built directly into the rooms, bathroom, or living area and then painted in white. Still, the villa is spacious and well-equipped. The view from the pool or the balconies is absolutely stunning! We had complete privacy—we didn’t even see the owner or the villa’s administrator. There’s parking space for two vehicles in front of the villa. During our 7-night stay, the villa was thoroughly cleaned once, and all towels were replaced, including the pool towels. Although the listing on Booking says the villa has 3 bathrooms, keep in mind that not every bedroom has its own. Only one bedroom has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom located in the hallway. The third bathroom is just a guest toilet. This wasn’t a major inconvenience for us, as we were just two families with our children. Access to the villa is easy with any type of car.

Negative: The pool is deeper than 1.7 meters and may be dangerous for children under 12–13 years old. Young children must be supervised at all times!

Positive: My stay at Villa Camelia at Iris Sunset Villas in Lixouri, Kefalonia, was truly wonderful! The villa was stylish, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The private pool was the perfect spot to unwind, and the views were simply stunning. The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet just a short distance from Lixouri’s town and nearby beaches. I highly recommend Villa Camelia to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!

Positive: Perhaps the best stay we have experienced! three very comfortable bedrooms, ideal for our family! On the first floor you will find a huge living room and a fully equipped kitchen! But the best is the pool where the view is indescribable. Excellent atmosphere, we recommend it and it is certain that we will return soon!

Positive: The villa exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious with a wonderful view from the terrace. The pool was cleaned every three days, and the villa was also cleaned every three days. The owner was very kind and allowed us to stay longer due to our late flight. We greatly appreciated the new sponges and cloths in the kitchen, kitchen paper, fragrant soaps, shampoos, and body lotions in each bathroom. We were warmly welcomed with wine and snacks. Very nice experience overall.

Negative: It would be great if the cutlery were stainless steel, and it would be worth installing a showerhead handle. However, these are minor details.
