Positive: Exceptionally clean, the most incredible views. Excellent hosts could not fault them one bit.

Negative: A little bit difficult at times to get Ubers to the Old Town, this is no reflection on the hosts or Villa. I was aware when booking this villa was slightly further out.

Summary: Outstanding, clean villa with incredible views and the best hosts you could ask for.

Positive: This house was an absolute dream! We are a family of four and this house was perfect and it might have the best pool ever! The pool is huge, heated, and private with a view! Getting to the city was easy. We had a car but found it easier to just take car service. Each bedroom had a king size bed and full bathroom. The kitchen area opened up to the pool and could not have been better. The owners were fabulous and were a huge help planning places to go!!

Positive: Villa Callista was an amazing villa. We have stayed in many villas over the last few years and this one was the cleanest and most comfortable villa of them all. The swimming pool was perfect also. Paula was the kindest host, offering us lots of advice and was there anytime we needed anything. The villa had all the essentials and Paula bought us some treats for our arrival which was a lovely touch. I would 100% recommend the villa to anyone who wants a relaxing and comfortable stay in a quiet area of Croatia.

Negative: Everything was amazing. Just a note that you will need an uber to get to the main areas as there aren't restaurants or shops within walking distance. Ubers are easy enough to book.

Positive: The location was excellent. A quiet retreat from the busy city of Dubrovnik during the hot summer months, but still close enough to visit and enjoy. The property was amazing. Very modern and everything well thought out. The swimming pool was fantastic and the villa has the most wonderful view. Paula is a wonderful host ensuring that everything from the check in, advising on activities to the check out is brilliant. Paula made us feel special, and even realised that our son was celebrating a special birthday, and even bought a birthday cake and candles.

Negative: Nothing not to like. It was perfect.

Positive: The Villa is absolutely amazing! It is so well equipped and was sheer luxury to stay in. The views are just stunning. We would recommend Villa Callista to anybody with a family. We are a family of two teenage boys and a ten year old boy. The Villa was perfect for us in terms of size and facilities. Uber taxis are plentiful and very reasonable in and out of Dubrovnik, no need to hire a car at all. Paula is so kind surprising us with croissants and homemade pancakes as well as stocking the fridge and cupboards with essentials on the day we arrived, it was all greatly appreciated.

Negative: There is absolutely nothing to not like about Villa Callista.

Summary: A gem of a place to stay in during a holiday to beautiful Dubrovnik.

Positive: Great location with Uber taxis always available in minutes. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. The Villa was like new with plenty of facilities and the host left lovely touches including food and drink in the fridge.

Positive: The villa was fantastic, great pool, nice temperature even in a cool October day for swimming, nice gym, great kitchen, nice seating outside, good aircon..the list goes on.. We hired a car but probably would have been better just using Uber.. we only used the car for the airport and a couple of other times, the rest of the time we just used Uber as parking is so limited.

Negative: The only thing that could have been better and its a small thing, is that the downstairs seating area is not as comfortable as it could be and the 2 televisions in the bedrooms support more uk streaming services than the one in the living room (got prime working , netflix wouldn't login) , upstairs Samsung TVs could watch netflix and disney. so we ended up in the evenings watching tv in bed instead of downstairs but it was not a big deal.

Summary: fantastic Villa, great hosts, wouldn't bother hiring a car next time.
