Positive: Very good location of the house, nice design, amazing view. Great fireplace. The territory is fenced (apart from one place, which we managed to cover so our dog doesn't escape). There's a good outdoor grill place and it seems like this house is amazing to stay in at summer. The owner was super sweet and helpful. The thing that everybody mentions is that the bathroom and bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairs are outside - that's true, and if you're arriving in a colder season that's not the most pleasant arrangement.

Negative: Some very minor things that we noticed: there was no kettle, or at least we couldn't find one. There were also 2 very small almost toy like knives, so cutting bread and salad was an adventure.

Positive: Very peaceful and silent at night. Spacious house, big kitchen, big garden, nice view on Manassija monastery. Very helpful host. Old, but working radio station! Create nice atmosphere.

Negative: Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning. It was very hot in the bedrooms, because they are under the roof, even with open windows. It`s a 10 min car drive away from the center of Despotovac, but if you arrive by public transport, you can take a taxi.

Positive: Marko and Daria are very warm and thoughtful people! They made sure we have everything we need and didn't want us to lift a finger. The last 500m of road to the house were gravel, but very well made, so there's no problem to get there with a normal car. Marko insisted to lead the path for us from the city center to the location, which is simply astonishing. I mean, the property pictures don't do justice to the actual beauty of this place. Everything inside is so cozy and well thought, the fireplace is big and very easy to use, the kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms are practical and comfortable. The garden has more than enough space, we have also traveled with our dog, and the property has fence all around, so no worries about that. The view from the house is just amazing, with the big forest hills and the fortified Monastery in the distance, there's nothing more you could ask for. I feel like I could talk about this experience a lot more but, overall, after you get through that gate, it really feels like time stops flowing and all stress and any bad vibes disappear. We'll definitely come back to this wonderful place and people, and we'll recommend it to our friends aswell.

Negative: We have nothing to complain about. Everything was way over our expectations.

Positive: Pretty comfortable villa, fully equipped. Interior was nice, everything is new and clean. View was also amazing. Location is almost outside the city thus it was quite and calm there. We were there in winter, it was -5 outside, but inside was warm.

Negative: It should be noted, that large kitchen + living room with fireplace are on the first floor, two bedrooms and the only one bathroom are on the second. And stairs are outside, i.e. you need to go out if you want to go to bath from livingroom. Keep it in mind considering this villa. For us it wasn't a problem.
