Positive: A lot of space, well equipped house, mostly quality furnitures. Rooms with incredible mountain view. Selective waste bins in the kitchen. Two cars can easily park front of the house Very kind and informative staff!
Negative: They should buy new pans the current ones are in a bad condition, I don’t recommend to anybody to use them.
Summary: I’d love to come back in other seasons

Positive: Amazing views, always nice and warm even tho it was -10 outside. comfortable beds with lots of room. We were a group of 10 people and had lots of space. Lots of utilities and kitchen supplies. Living room and fire place were also amazing.
Summary: It was a wonderfull stay, as a big group we really enjoyed it and we had enough space for everyone.

Positive: Beautiful modern house with garden, terrace/decking and off road parking. In a quiet location but close to the town centre and the beach. Our host Bruno met us on arrival to show us around and provided lots of useful information on places to see, restaurants, etc. Soulac sur Mer is an architectuarlly beautiful small town/resort, well supplied wth restaurants (L'Instant M recommended) shops, casino, historic Basilica and WW2 Blockhaus remains (spotted a large Wetern Green Lizard at one of thesse). Plenty of places to visit nearby such as the Vieux Port de Huitres in Verdon, the fishermans cottages at Port de Talais, lighthouses such as Phare de Richard and (offshore) Cordouan and numerous vineyards. Also worth taking the ferry to Royan as a foot passenger. Great walks along the beach and in the forest and dunes. Surfer's paradise if you are into that - the waves are big! At the north end of the beach there is a series of sheltered pools which are better for swimming (but watch out for submerged rocks near the sea walls). Really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The view from the house is beautiful. The location is good, ski and mountains lake Bohinj and Bled are available by car and by bus also. It was comfortable for 12 person.
Negative: Parking is very difficult by more than two cars.. The house would be very nice - and would be the best if it would be cleaned up, mopped up, doors and windows would be cleaned. It was well equipped but all of them are not serviced during the past years. Washing machine was dirty and no tablets to use it. Frigo was not cleaned inside and outside. No toilet papers were placed in bathrooms. The owen was extremely dirty.
