Positive: Great location, property was clean, comfortable and really spacious. There were 10 of us and we still had plenty of private space. Pool area was great - really loved chilling there, enjoying the sun and a swim. Kids had a blast! Owner was excellent - our flights were later in the evening so she let us stay in the villa until we were due to go to the airport, especially as my mum has mobility issues so wouldn’t have been easy to spend 6 hours or so lugging bags around! Highly recommend this place if you are planning a stay in Cala Ferrera!

Negative: The first floor could maybe use a few amenities in the kitchen (kettle, toaster etc.) and living area (TV) as it was all downstairs. No issue for us as we were all able that anyway, but might be an issue for others who want more privacy.

Positive: Good size villa in a good location. Large pool. Was able to check in at 12.30 which was a great help following our early arrival

Negative: Air con downstairs on a timer so constantly having to switch back on making it difficult to keep cool. Glass missing from inside oven door so oven not as efficient as should be & made kitchen area unbearably hot. Filter in pool not working right so by day 3 water was very murky & felt unable to use until the evening after it was cleaned. Upstairs shower very poor & upstairs generally in need of an upgrade

Positive: The property was beautiful with great amenities. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The outdoor area and bbq grill was great for our large group. Issues with the toilets were dealt with quickly and we were compensated. The kitchen area was roomy and all appliances were excellent. We loved the coffee maker. Wine was left on arrival which was appreciated. The air con was effective and quiet. The pool outside was excellent, clean and enjoyed by all. Sunbeds were comfortable. Location was excellent with a shop within a 5 minute walk. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants, shops and bars. The area is stunning. The best and most appreciated thing about the villa was the late checkout. As we had 4 children with us, it was amazing to have the villa until 3:30pm. Thank you. Would highly recommend for a large group.
