Villa Bianca is a new, modern and charming villa with a unique location, directly overlooking the lake in the gulf of Salò and enjoying direct and private access to the beach, all with a wonderful view. Convenient to all services, it is comfortable for up to 6 adults and 2 children and is equipped with a new swimming pool with a view and a park of approx. 2000 m2.Located a few steps from the lakeside promenade of Salò, Villa Bianca is ideal for a relaxing but also fun and peaceful family holiday. The villa is newly built, has modern architecture and has been designed with great attention to detail for comfort. Adjustable air conditioning in the living area and in the sleeping area.It consists of 2 independent but communicating apartments with an internal and an external staircase, allowing different family groups to share a holiday with the comfort of independence and privacy but enjoying large common areas that will give unforgettable moments.From every point of the villa and at any time of the day you can enjoy suggestive panoramas.In the garden and on the terrace there are relaxation areas with sofas, rocking chairs, a newly built private swimming pool with a comfortable access staircase and sun loungers, the whole area has a beautiful lake view.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the lake and the swimming pool, smart TV and equipped with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and lake view, the second with smart TV, lake view and terrace. On the first floor in the living area there is a double sofa bed with lake view and terrace.
Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms are new and bright, modern, spacious and carefully finished. The bathroom on the ground floor has two entrances, one through an anteroom from the living room and one from the bedroom, equipped with a large shower. On the first floor there are two large bathrooms, one en-suite with tub and one with shower.
Kitchens: On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, stove, toaster , crockery, pots and pans. There is also a small kitchen wall on the first floor, equipped and functional.
Indoor and Outdoor Dining: In the living room on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a dining area overlooking the lake and the patio is furnished with a comfortable table and a large new gas barbecue. ideal for sharing good Italian cuisine.

Summary: The villa was beautiful and the location was stunning! Well-equipped villa although tumble dryer wasn’t working which made drying baby clothes difficult when weather was wet! The hoover wasn’t very good either - but these were very minor issues and overall our holiday experience in the villa was amazing! Kind welcome gifts and flowers much appreciated - a great deal of thought and attention went in to making our stay wonderful!

Summary: Excellent stay and service :-) We valued and apppreciated the fast interactions and responses with Novella when questions and considerations. This was both questions regarding practical things in the villa, and also when booking the private boat trip. Private boat trip was a great experience with knowledgeable captain guiding and telling about the scenary and historical things on the trip. The villa functioned very well and we had a fantastic stay. In general everything have worked very well, and we enjoyed the week in Villa Bianca. A few minor comments to the villa: - we wondered that there were only 9 water glasses in a villa meant for 8 persons - it was not a big problem but an improvement could be to increase no. of water glasses - we had three persons sleeping at the 1st floor, one in each bed room, and one in the 'living' room. The aircondition in the living room 1st floor did not work very well so it was very hot there all week.
