The modern holiday rental villa is located in a quiet urban area in a luxurious residential area "Sant Marçal", Marratxí, close to the capital Palma de Mallorca, only 10 minutes by car.

A 1 minute drive away from the leisure area "Mallorca Fashion Outlet" and 15 minutes from the airport of Palma de Mallorca.
This villa is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday with beautiful views to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. You will be surprised by the charming garden with citrus trees and a well-kept flora around the house.
The holiday rental villa of approximately 250 sqm is on one level, with access to the terrace and pool from both the living room and the dining room and is equipped with air conditioning throughout the house.

Large sliding glass doors to the covered terrace provide a clear view of the illuminated pool and garden. The living room offers comfortable seating, music system, of course a flat screen (65" Smart TV) on which you can receive all major programs via satellite.
