Villa Bazire | Villa in Callian

A bumpy side road makes you look forward to your arrival at Villa Bazire. The house is located in a residential area, without any look-in and close to commercial activities, but also the golf course of Terre Blanche, a well-known venue for many golf lovers.

An automatic gate gives you access to the private land, where there is a lot of parking at the house or a little further under the tall trees. There is also a double garage that serves more as a play area, but you can determine that yourself at the time of arrival. The play area has table tennis and a billiard. It also serves as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The outdoor environment of the villa immediately puts you in a holiday mood. The fenced swimming pool of 10 by 5 meters runs over, as an infinity pool, on its longest side and is completely in mosaic. There are Roman steps that facilitate access and there the pool go down gradually to its deepest point of 1.80 m. There are sunbeds and umbrellas to enjoy the refreshment around the water. The outdoor terrace runs along the entire facade of the house and provides a lounge area to enjoy a drink together and a cozy covered dining area with a beautiful wooden dining table for 10 people. The garden has mature vegetation with flowers and plants in landscaped beds. More entertainment can be found on the 4 by 4 m trampoline, on the multipurpose field at the back of the house that can serve as a jeu de boules area or to play some foodball together.

We enter the house through the patio doors of the kitchen coming from the covered terrace. The kitchen and living room form one large open space that flows smoothly into each other. The living room has a cozy sitting area around a fireplace with TV above it. The style is playful and modern. Between the sitting area and the kitchen there is a dining table with comfortable seating for 8 people. Ideal for diner together on colder evenings. The open kitchen is equipped to perfection with an induction hob and hood, a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave and all small necessities are present in plural. An perfect kitchen to cook in company!

To the left of the living room you will find a first bedroom, the master bedroom, which has direct access to the terrace and is equipped with a double bed, pull-out sofa bed and annex bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and 2 sinks (on both sides of the sapce). On the side of the kitchen you walk through a corridor that has access to the stairs, a toilet, the garage but also a second bedroom, again with annex bathroom and access to the terrace. The bathroom consists of a single sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

We take the stairs upstairs and arrive at 2 more spacious and beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a private bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower and single sink. There is a shared toilet in the hallway. From the bedrooms you look directly at the garden and swimming pool with a view over the hills. One of the two bedrooms has an adjoining roof terrace.

Not very noticeable because overgrown with plants there is a detached annex, which you can optionally rent for 2 people. You have to go down a few steps in the garden to have access through French doors to an open space with another pull-out sofa bed, a dining table and a basic kitchenette with a fridge, 2 hobs and a sink. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and single sink, from which you can take a steep wooden staircase to reach the mezzanine with a double bed.

The house, both the main house and the annex, is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The 2 sofa beds, one in the master bedroom and one in the annex, give the opportunity to comfortably add 2 more children to the group. This is possible on request, subject to payment of the supplement.
