Positive: The pool service was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Lovely grounds, well kept pool, clean room, nice amenities and friendly welcoming staff. I checked in after reception was closed and Marcello provided me excellent instructions with pictures to find my room. Free parking was a huge plus. It was one of the reasons I chose Villa Barberino.

Negative: I do not have anything to say here because everything was lovely.

Summary: Villa Barberino is a place I would stay again. I just loved it.

Positive: The view is beautiful. The scenery is very nice. The room was clean. It is a beautiful place to relax and look at nature. Nice staff.

Negative: I saw some spiderwebs. And I left a chips bag on the night stand in the room and suddenly there were a lot of ants in the room in the chips bag. After that I got rid of the chips bag and the ants.

Negative: We didn’t know the pool was closed, or even that to access the cellar you need reservation in advance

Positive: The location, views and the grounds were wonderful. Beds were comfortable and the staff attentive and friendly. Spacious rooms and clean.

Negative: Jacuzzi tub wasn’t working and we didn’t have a shower. But we made the best of it.
