Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was really tidy, had everything I needed for my stay, and the courtyard had an amazing view. I would definitely love to stay here again 😊

Positive: The view of the castle is amazing and the location is excellent, The place is really clean and the breakfast was tasty and abundand. We really enjoyed our stay with the family.

Negative: Nothing much really, just be aware that the owner might be limited in speaking English or italian, but he has staff that can help with this.

Positive: The welcome was great. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman but he was so lovely. The view of the castle is amazing. Breakfast looking at the castle was to die for. I met the family who own the villa and they were all so lovely. Room clean and comfortable and lovely breakfast. Was sad to leave it was that good. Will visit again for sure.

Negative: There is nothing to dislike! They location is the other side of the town but it's a plus really as you're so secluded. Plenty of places to eat and drink at the castle and still ventured all over the town.

Positive: We booked this place last minute, switching from a place in center Berat in search for a better bathroom and it was a great decision. The owners are super friendly. The views were fantastic: a panoramic view of the castle, imagine that with your breakfast. The room was super new and modern, and the bathroom was also great. The breakfast was amazing with their own homegrown veggies. This breakfast was probably our favorite in all Albania (among 10-20 guesthouses and restaurants we ate at). The preserved cherries were to die for and we wish we bought some from them! And the owner treated us to some raki to start the day :)

Negative: This happened to be the only place we stayed in Albania that didn’t come with a double and a twin in the room so it made it seem a bit tight in comparison. There wasn’t a toilet paper stand or hook so the rolls got wet on the windowpane when rains came in. Didn’t bother us that much though. A foot towel could be helpful in the bathroom.

Summary: Amazing stay. Everything was perfect.
