Located 80 m above the sea level, the house has a fantastic view upon the Gulf of Volos with its upstream small islands. The comfortable house offers accommodation to up to 6 people. It is equipped with everything that a perfect vacation house should have. The children can build a tent on the large estate and look for adventure in the old wood by the stream bed or in the tree house with chair lift and more. Everything is available, even a bathing pool for children. There are approx. 7 minutes on foot to the bathing beach and bay. There are shopping facilities within 2 km, in the next village or in the upper located mountain village Argalstie.
Hiking, skiing, sailing and riding, motorboat diving, surfing, cycling. All this is waiting for you, depending on the season.

Summary: The whole family (from 2 to 65 years old) enjoyed the place and the activities available in the neighborhood. Pelion is worth being visited for those who love splendid beaches, sea and small tours around ... And Mike and Tari are welcoming! All in an ecological way of life

Summary: The villa is located about 1 km from main road off an unpaved dirt road. The views are beautiful and location is remote and very quiet. The electricity is entirely solar generated, and therefore requires some level of conservation from guests. For example, there is no air-conditioning (could be a problem in the not summer months) and very few electrical outlets in the unit; instead, there is a 'charging station' in the living room for cell phones, laptops, etc. that runs for 2 hours at a time. Also, the window treatments in the west-facing upstairs bedroom and the bathroom on the main level do not provide much protection from the hot afternoon sun or ANY privacy at night if the lights are on. The kitchen comes equipped with just basic supplies. Otherwise, the villa is quite lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Two families from Israel spent 9 days in Mike's villa and studio. The view is fantastic. The beach is very close and is a very good one. The villa and studio have solar systems so the ecology funders will be very glad. The water also comes from a natural source without treatment which is another good ecological point. The villa and studio are fully equipped and there was nothing missing. Mike and Terry are so nice and like children very much. We enjoyed a lot. Great for families!!
