Positive: Rosanna is great. Attentive without being too intrusive. Nice to have a pool / but the location not ideal as it is in the sun when we are gone exploring and in shade when we got back. Even in the great heat water a bit too cold for the shade. Nice to have space.
Negative: Several things at property need maintenance. Too much nick nack clutter on surfaces. Hard to have room for your stuff and to not lose anything. That road up and down everyday. Very long and narrow locals drive like maniacs on too barrow roads and blind narrow corners. Extra fee for air con (15 euros/day) was not great. I’m sure we didn’t really use that much - only one room at night only and a couple of nights cooled down nicely so wouldn’t have been that much of a load. Mosquitoes.
Summary: Nice quiet real house to explore northern Tuscany from.

Positive: Villa Armonia is in a fantastic location that takes you away from the hustle of the local towns. The views across the valley give you that real feel of getting away. The star of the show has to be the host, Rosanna. A great lady, full of joy and makes you feel at home & very welcome in a truly authentic, spacious house. There are some great places to visit locally and restaurants to suit all tastes (as recommended by Rosanna).
Summary: A great get away location with fantastic accommodation, view and host.

Positive: The house and the grounds are beautiful. The property sits not too high up on a mountain and commands a great mountain view along with the small valley below. I for one do not enjoy driving through mountain roads with their stretches of single lanes and sharp curves. That is why I was glad to see that getting to the property only took a few minutes. The other great thing about the property is its location within Tuscany. The great city of Lucca is only a 20 minute drive away. Pisa is also close as well as other great locations well within a short drive. For those who prefer to just relax and take in some time by the pool, there is a very well stocked grocery store nearby where there is a variety of great meat and produce. We bought some stuff to bbq on the grill that is also provided and had a great dinner outside on the porch.
Negative: Really nothing bad to say regarding the property.
Summary: We, along with our dogs, had a wonderful vacation and stay. The hostess was very charming and helpful with great recomme

Positive: A generous slice of Paradise The owner of this fantastic property let it slip that a visitor described it as ‘a taste of paradise’. My description is more effusive. The property details list the facilities; however, these cannot fully reveal the emotions and feel of the house. The views are incredible from the various terraces. The house is absolutely stunning and is an example of a genuine Tuscan residence. We found everything about our stay superlative and can recommend this amazing place without reservation.

Positive: Rosanna offers a beautiful house with a private pool, many dining options, a lovely shaded area by the pool and olive trees, or underneath the terrace outside the house next to the bbq. Rosanna takes enormous care of her house as you can see from the photos, magnificent interior, you feel very comfortable and it is very spacious with 2 bathrooms/toilets. The house stays very cool in the hot weather.
Negative: We loved everything!
Summary: A wonderful summer week spent with family.

Positive: Villa Armonia is in a superb location with breath taking views. Accommodation is well equipped and spacious inside and out. 3 outside eating areas 2 with cover, 3rd open sun when you want. Pool very welcoming on warm days to cool off. Rosanna (owner) can recommend places to go to eat and places of interest. Rossana met us with the keys and showed us round property. She is a great resource to call upon. Always was available via telephone to assist if required. Property is highly recommended.
Negative: To be honest nothing.
Summary: Lovey property in beautiful area a pleasure to stay at for my family and me.

Positive: The house is at the top of the hill above the village. It's quiet and has a nice view of the valley. The house is big and very comfortable and has two terraces - one facing the pool and olive orchard and other facing the valley. There were five of us (ages 17-50) and we just loved it. Rossana the owner is the most wonderful person and can recommend great places to see and amazing places to eat in (if you're not into using the big kitchen and amazing local produce). The pool was a great thing to have. We spent every afternoon in/by it sipping Prosecco, resting from the day's travel and preparing for the evening meal. It was superb!
Summary: The perfect house for your Italian holiday
