Positive: The room is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, it is warm, the kitchen is well equipped (although the espresso coffee machine doesn't work), the host is friendly.
Negative: There are a lot of young people living in the bottom floors who like to have parties. On the night I stayed there was a party with a lot of drunk people. The doors of the building opened and closed every 5 minutes from midnight until about 05:00 in the morning, this would shake the room. There was loud music playing the whole night
