Positive: Annamaria is an excellent host. She brought a fan up the hill (if you know Minori, you know this isn't trivial), and this is just one example of how she went above and beyond. There is a nice view of the sea from the balcony/patio. And the home appeared to be recently renovated. Everything was in good working order. It was well furnished with most things anyone would need.

Negative: By American standards, it is a pretty good hike up to the home from the beach. However, we had a car and Annamaria was kind enough to connect with a parking garage close by. Be advised that there is no street-side access to this house, but rather a long-ish starway up from the street. Also, by American standards, the guest shower is pretty tight. But this is typical Italy in our experience. But don't be discouraged...of the 8 places we stayed in Italy, this is one of the best, if not the best, place we stayed.

Positive: First of all it started with Anna being so helpful prior to us arriving. And when we arrived everything was flawless, from the porter to bring our bags up, to parking our van for the week, and how accommodating Anna was. The location, the cleanliness, the view, and everything the villa had to offer was amazing. Also, being in minority, it was easy to get to other places on the coast being centrally located.

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. People speak about the steps, but when on the Amalfi Coast, there is steps everywhere. So for us it was part of the experience.

Summary: When we go back, we will be staying at villa anna.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Anna. The host Anna welcomed us very warmly and was helpful, caring and nice. The villa is located perfectly for daily escursions along the Amalfi coast.

Negative: The balcony and kitchen is only reachable via one of the bedrooms. But besides, if this isn't a matter for you, everything else is very positive.

Positive: Lovely view of the ocean. The owner AnnaMaria was absolutely lovely, she was flexible with great instructions to find the place (as it is a little hidden) and provided great recommendations for lunch and dinner. Shower was hot and place was clean.

Negative: Just be aware there are many stairs if you have heavy suitcases or mobility issues. Recommend a few nights so you’re not doing the stairs again with a suitcase in such a short time! A spare blanket or two in winter would be good as the place can get a little chilly - but there is heating.

Summary: Nice location, lovely and helpful host and cute vibes. Would come back in summer.

Positive: Very nice apartment with a lovely view. Minori is a beautiful village. The appt was close to a parking and a market so we had breakfast and dinner at the house. Great location to rent because you can drive to Amalfi and Positano. We met Anna the owner who is a charming lady. Do not forget to visit Ravello!

Negative: Well....the steps to the house are a challenge but we knew ahead of time. The whole village has steps to their homes Which is why you have such a nice view.

Positive: The location of villa anna was in the heart of minori. The view was amazing. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our host has helped us from the beginning to the end of our stay. She was so helpful about all our questions. Air condition was cool enough. We had a lot of stuff in the kitchen to cook and drink. The lemons were so sweet and tasty :)

Negative: The steps was a lot but its worth the view in minori :)
