Positive: We stayed at villa Anna for our honeymoon and it was truly unforgettable. The property is stunning, so peaceful, the perfect place to relax and enjoy Maiori and the amalfi coast. One of the highlights was the private cooking class we did right in the villa, which was such a fun and memorable experience. Everything was beyond our expectations, and we had the most beautiful time here. We can’t wait to return one day, hopefully with our moms, to share this special place with them. 10/10 Highly recommend! The host was incredible and always available for my questions!

Positive: Best holiday home ever! Combination of pool to swim in the morning and whirlpool/hot tub in the evening to relax is unique and worth the price Great service, as we wanted the hot tub warmer this was done immediately Situated close to exclusive restaurant torre normanna (10 minutes walk) and Maiori beach (half an hour walk) if you do not fear to walk along the Costa Amalfitana road We received nice fresh vegetables out of the garden to cook at the outdoor kitchen Everything clean and styled on typical Amalfi coat style with local ceramics Lots of Instragrammable Spots to find

Negative: Norhing to complain just some proposals: a mannual on the hot tub would be helpful.We did not know that everything was preinstalled and pushed lost the buttons As well a possibility to use Netflix in case of bad whesther luckily we did not have this would be goos as Tv has only italian channels

Positive: The villa was beautful, the rooms were nice and big and it felt very safe and private. The outside space is spectacular there is so much room spread over the three terraces and the swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic. There were plenty of loungers and shades on each level so there was no need to move things around. The private parking was a godsend. The views from the terraces were absolutely amazing at any time of the day. There were lots of special touches everywehere - an egg chair, swings, you could be alone in your own space or join in with others. Short drive into Maiori itself which had loads of restaurants, supermarkets etc. Really special location, wonderful views yet secluded and private. The hosts were in contact often to make sure we had everything we needed and responded very quickly to any requests. There were also games to play which we used in the evening.

Negative: Can not think of anything we did not like.

Positive: Villa Anna offers the most amazing and spectacular views seen from every point of the garden, which is designed over a few levels. This is the best view we have ever had and we spent long hours enjoying it. The next best thing about the Villa is the people who managed it. They went over and beyond to make our stay a comfortable and memorable experience. On arrival we were greeted by a complementary bottle of Prosecco and a large bowl of fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden which we thoroughly enjoyed after a long day of travel. There was also a good supply of coffee, biscuits and Olive oil to get us started. The inside of the villa is a little tight for 6 people, especially the living room but we spent most of our time outside so this wasn't a big issue. The kitchen is a bit tiny, but this is compensated by the outside cooking space. We had pretty much everything we needed for cooking and dining. There was a good size fridge/freezer and various plates, cups and glasses for our group. The dishwasher and the washing machine were a little dated but did the job just well enough. Simone, Michele, Lina and the lovely gentleman who maintained the pool and jacuzzi were always available to answer all our questions. They were in touch daily, suggesting places we can visit, help with restaurant bookings and even secured a car parking space when we visited a local fishing village. Sadly, due to some health issues, we needed to visit the local Urgent care centre and Michele was invaluable in offering her help and guidance during this time for which we are extremely grateful. Michele stayed in touch daily and even after our return home to ensure that we are well and safe. The Villa is within walking distance of Maiori, using the main road along the coast. It took us about 10-15 minutes to reach the main street along the promenade where we could find restaurants, lovely coffee places, grocery shops and lots of souvenir places.

Negative: The access to the villa is via 50-60 steps on various levels which can be a bit challenging for a person with mobility issues. Our mum uses a walking stick and found some of the steps difficult to claim but we were well aware of this before we booked. The team even sent us pictures and videos of the steps to help us decide if she could manage it. The lovely terrace and garden has plenty of wonderful plants and spices (basil, thyme, oregano which we also used for cooking and salads), however they also attracted wasps and other insects which at times was a bit scary as we had someone with allergies in our group. The team acted promptly and garden man fitted some special boxes against wasps which helped the situation a bit. We all got a few mosquito bites too which probably could not be avoided in these areas.

Positive: The location of this property is out of this world. The view while sitting out is better than any restaurant on the amalfi coast. The owner and lady who greeted us kept in contact with us throughout our stay and were super helpful. They helped us with transfers and had recommendations on activities that they could help book. We adored the basket of fresh produce from the garden, loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen using the fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden. The inside of the house is lovely and clean and plenty big for our family of 6. It has everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was a great feature and we loved being in here each night watching the firework displays across the towns. We think this accommodation is a great bargain for the location and the amenities. Maiori is a fantastic base for exploring amalfi and it’s great for maybe more elderly people or people with more limited ability as the town itself is probably the flattest we visited while on our trip. The town also has a taxi rank that can be used for collection and drop off to the villa. Thanks Villa Anna

Negative: We loved everything but one thing for some to be aware of is this property has some steps up. We knew this and it was manageable for my family member with more limited mobility.

Summary: The stay was magical. The view is breathtaking and we decided Italy is our new favourite family destination.

Positive: The view and setting were amazing, great size villa and easily accommodated our family of 6. Only a 15 min walk into Maiori centre.

Negative: WiFi was a little temperamental.
