Positive: Location is just next to the monastery. Great restaurants in 10 min drive. The property is superb - very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was amazing

Negative: Everything was ok. Maybe the host was a bit passive-aggressive, but we arrived very late, so it's understandable. The pool was closed but I guess it was too early for it

Negative: Nobody spoke english , everything was copmplicated, there was nothing around, no restaurant, no shop to buy some wine (or we couldn´t find).

Positive: The villa and its grounds are beautiful. It was very clean and very comfortable with an excellent breakfast. It was also very close to the Ananuri fortress

Negative: My only complaint was paying. Weeks before I arrived the owner insisted I bank transfer her the payment. I felt this was unusual but eventually complied. Then when I arrived she would not accept that I had already paid and contacted booking.com. She did eventually apologise when it came to light that I had paid. But it was annoying that she did not even give me time to show her proof of my payment before contacting booking.com

Positive: Very beautiful villa and the territory around, stunning view on the water reservoir. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Nina is a great host, gave us good advises on when and where to go around. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!
