The mirror-like infinity pool blends into the horizon with the sea.
The villa, dating from the Belle Époque and recently completely renovated, is very bright and spacious, with all rooms opening onto the sea and the Îles d'Or. It is ideally located in the heart of the village of Rayol in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, allowing immediate access to beaches and shops on foot.
The property has been meticulously renovated with period and contemporary materials. The very elegant and modern interior offers great comfort and brightness in all rooms of the house, with very generous outdoor terraces from which to peacefully contemplate the magnificent sea view.
A pétanque court is located on a terrace at the rear of the villa, offering an exceptional sea view.

DETAILS:
The AMICITIA villa offers 225 m² of living space with a large period living room, sea views, and a south-facing terrace.
Three large, bright bedrooms with king-size hotel beds, shower room and bath, toilet, a dormitory for four children with 0.90 x 200 beds and its own shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with outdoor terrace under a pergola.
There are two private, enclosed garages for three cars and an enclosed outdoor parking space.

An outdoor elevator serves the two levels from the garage.
The 11 m x 4.50 m infinity mirror pool offers an incredible sea view.
The pool water is treated by a BIO UV system, allowing you to swim in soft, odorless, chlorine-free water. A bubble bench completes the pool's amenities, which is secured by a roller shutter.
Very comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and benches are available.

Summary: Somehow the listing understates the views and luxury of this place. Highly recommend. Waking up every day, overlooking the Mediterranean in a small French town, just perfect. There are two garages for parking and private (heated) pool. The property comes with a concierge that helped up book a chef and a private winery tour. Walkable to several restaurants, bakery, grocery store, gardens, beaches.

Summary: This villa is stunning, located about the coast road, we were able to use two double garages, then it’s up a couple of flights of stairs to the infinity pool, the pool was amazing, no chemicals, we paid extra to have it heated, as it was June. The Villa is huge suits 6 adults there is a bunk bed room for small children. The A/C worked well, the kitchen is modern and well appointed, plenty of fridges and outdoor cooking. There’s a boules court and table football. We will definitely return.

Summary: This location is simply perfect - you feel like being in paradise. Everything has been considered in detail and the concierge Almeria is highly professional and 100% available for any support. The private beach 5 minutes by car away from the villa is also a little jewelery. We will certainly come back!
