Positive: Villa Alargo comes with a perfect location – on the hilltop of a very tiny, quiet village, yet only around a 30-minute ride from the closest beaches (in Chania and surroundings). The villa's furnishings are brand new, including appliances like a dishwasher and washing machine. The rooms are large, air-conditioned (even though we almost didn't use air-conditioning, as the location in the mountains ensures a very pleasant temperature), and each has its own uniquely designed bathroom. We really appreciated the extremely comfortable harder type beds. Still, the best part comes with a view – White Mountains are a feast for the eyes, whether you look at them from the balcony or the infinity pool. The pool itself is a pleasant surprise, offering not only a swimming level (the biggest part of it) but also a comfortable lounging area. Water naturally had a cozy temperature. Last but not least, Sofia is an amazing host. Always helpful and accommodating, she welcomed us into the villa and took care of everything, ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Thank you! It was definitely the best accommodation we have ever experienced, and we can only strongly recommend it. (Just don't go when we want to come again! 😂)
