It is the ideal place to enjoy the wonderful Greek sun, the Greek beaches, culture, and art, comforted by the cool breeze of the Aegean. Swim in the large, private 12×6m seawater pool, relax on the sun loungers or sit back in the shade of the comfortable pergolas. The view from Villa Akrivi is breathtaking: the blue Aegean Sea and sky as far as the eye can see, framed by the Islands of Syros and Gyaros to the South and West and some hills to the North. Take the stunning view over breakfast at the long table in the shaded terrace on the upper floor or the stone table next to the pool. Climb with your book at a shadowed corner at noon. The house lays on a small 15,000 sq.m. (150,000 sq.ft.) Peninsula, 6 km (3.5 miles) north from the Port of Tinos, on a private waterfront plot of 5,000 sq.m. (50,000 sq.ft.) facing west and a few meters from the sea. The place is really quiet and the establishment spectacular and comfortable with a unique over 180 deg. view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands of Syros and Gyaros. Summary: Our large family party enjoyed a lovely week at the Villa Akrivi. The hosts were extremely helpful and the check-in process was a breeze. The villa and views are amazing. Tinos is a quiet island, but we found plenty to do...great food and shopping. I recommend this property.

Summary: My family and friends had an "epic" time staying at this beautiful villa. It is much more spacious than photos suggest, with wraparound terraces and multiple places to convene. The pool was exquisite. The sunsets were unbelievable and the vistas were spectacular. I chose this villa on Tinos because I didn't want the huge crowds one finds on Mykonos or Santorini. However Mykonos is not even 30 minutes away by ferry. Lukas and Akrivi, the owners, were amazing and gracious. They extended to us every courtesy imaginable. Coming from the United States, they made it very easy for us to navigate on ferries, rental cars, etc. In summary, I cannot use enough superlatives for our Greek island vacation - a little off the beaten path by choice - but perfection with every amenity within close proximity.

Summary: We loved our stay in this house. It has an incredible setting, on a promontory with easy walking access to the sea and a barely used beach. It is sufficiently far out from the town to be very private, yet going into town was an easy drive. The house itself is well equipped and the beautifully designed seawater pool, with integrated rocks, is large and great for a few morning laps. The owners were very hospitable - met us at the ferry, gave us a guided tour, arranged a wonderful cook for us, and even gave us a few food essentials. They were very responsive to one or two queries we had during the week. All in all, absolutely no regrets about our choice!
