Positive: We needed a place near the Fes airport for a very early flight, and this hotel was our answer. Once we found it, we were surprised by the niceness of the lobby. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. We were nervous about securing a reliable cab at 4:30 in the morning, and they made sure someone was there on time, ready to pick us up. Though we missed the included breakfast because we had to leave so early, they also kindly packed up a few snacks for us to take on the road. The room was shockingly big and the A/C worked well.

Negative: This riad was very difficult for us to find, especially at night. Our driver had to call a couple of times to finally find the entrance, and when we arrived, we felt convinced we'd come to the wrong place. If you're self-navigating here, you might want to cross-check directions across multiple platforms to be sure you know the way. The bathroom and floors also could've been cleaner.
