Summary: Villa is of very high quality, with all amenities. Very close to beach and plenty to do in the area. Grazyna was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!

Summary: Recently enjoyed a two week stay at this property; family of 5 (2 adults, 3 boys). The owner met us on arrived to show us round; as we had arrived late, they had provided with provisions for breakfast the next morning which was very much appreciated. The villa is very well furnished with all the mod cons, WiFi, air con etc (including cloths, bin bags and dish washer tabs which we have had to buy in other villas!). Secure parking on the driveway with entry controlled by remote controlled electric gate. Our boys enjoyed the hot tub as much as the pool. The main town is a short walk away; had a few meals in town but most most nights had a bbq. And there are a couple of shops, a restaurant, pizza take away and wine shop just couple of minutes walk. The beach is a 7 min walk away. Fantastic villa, would thoroughly recommend.

Summary: Lovely villa with a great pool, fab hot tub and decent facilities. Great outdoor space and brick bbq. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. We had a great time here.

Summary: The property is in a great location, easy walking distance of the beach and town yet in a quiet area. Very clean with all the facilities you need. If you are English i suggest taking a casting device for the tv so you can watch Netflix etc as there is only one English speaking channel. Owners pleasant and quick to respond to any issues. Only problems we encountered were making the final payment through homeaway which we werent able to do and had to pay the owner direct. Also we were very unlucky with the weather at the end of October and a couple of the days were a right off. If travelling at this time of year be aware that most of restaurants are closed and it feels very out of season. We would like to revisit but in the summer next time.

Summary: We spent a lovely 2 weeks in Saint Pierre la Mer at this house. Grazyna and Raymond were very welcoming and helpful. We had car trouble on the first day and Raymond was very quick to help. A lovely pool and decking area surrounds the house which is very safe for children. The house is private yet close to all amenities with a nice view of the sea from the master bedroom. We would highly recommend it. Thank you Grazyna and Raymond.

Summary: We had a great stay in the villa especially the hot tub, pool and bbq. The villa is within walking distance of everything saint pierre has to offer. Grazyna was more than helpful even offering to make a dental appointment for us, we would recommend the property for adults and children alike.

Summary: This was our 3rd visit to the Languedoc and we weren't disappointed. The villa was excellent, in a great location. We wer emet by the owners on our arrival and shown round. The extra touch was the chilled beer, wine and juice in the fridge. The villa had great facilities - the pool, hot tub, air conditioning, BBQ, etc. it was very well placed in the town of St Pierre, within walking distance of the beach, market, shops, bars, restaurants. We hardly used our rental car. Also at the end of the road you can take the bus to Gruissan, Narbonne plage or Narbonne for only 1 euro. St pierre is a lovely seaside town. If you do go to this area and want a ice wine tour with an English speaking guide check out this website - vins en vacances. We had a brilliant tour of some local vineyards and luch at the salt plains at Gruissan - a brilliant day out. Thank you to Granzia and Raymond for a great location for another great holiday on France.
