This is a beautiful three bedroom – 3 bath suite that is complete in every way – spacious living areas, full kitchen, washer and dryer – the works.
The spacious living area has all of the amenities you would expect, including gas-fired fireplace and satellite TV. A bedroom opens off the living area and another off the foyer by the stairway that goes to the upstairs third bedroom.
The spacious kitchen/bar area is conveniently located between the living area and dining area and includes necessary dishes, silverware, and cookware.
Bailey Bluff has onsite In-ground Pool, Waterfront Pavilion, next door to Ms. Virginia Bailey Memorial Garden.
Bailey’s Bluff Villa 4 will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.

Summary: The listing for the property is not clear that it is a Villa within a group (~10) of other Villas which all share a pool and a boat house; listing says Private Pool Boathouse which is factually correct but clearly they are obfuscating that it is shared. This is probably why there are no outside photos. Communication with site manager was good when power went out for 12 hours, which seems to be a regular occurrence.

Summary: We were running from hurricane Ida, last minute trip, beautiful lake views, excellent golf course nearby, fishing charter was 20 minutes away. We had a great time, the condo nice and comfortable.

Summary: Great views, decent accommodations. Bed arrangements are a little confusing in listing. Boaters beware boat parking is minimal. Pontoon owners be especially aware, we opted to keep my truck and pontoon parked at Cypress Bend boat launch durring our stay. On site property manager was especially helpful and pleasant, answering questions that arose durring our stay. Overall a pleasurable experience.
