Positive: Great location for exploring Cluj Old Town. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, good shower, parking - although the car park is small and tight if it's full, at least it has got its own private off street parking and they let me leave the car there for the rest of the day after I'd checked out for a small charge. Great value for money.

Positive: Pros: 1) by far the best price in town, at only about $40/day; nothing as decent comes even close to this offer in Cluj; 2) central location, just 5 minutes of walking away from Unirii Square; 3) flexible check-in/check-out time and without any human interaction necessary; 4) good communication by phone and messages; once I forgot my acces card in the room and they quickly provided me the passcodes to get back inside; 5) nice shower and bathroom in general;

Negative: Cons: 1) on booking.com they say they provide a fridge/minibar and wi-fi internet but in fact they don’t; luckly it was winter and I was able to preserve my food by just letting it outside the window; and luckly I was able to rely on my Vodafone unlimited mobile internet subscription; maybe it would’ve been too much at this price, but I just wish I knew from the start and not being lied to; 2) the bed was not very comfortable; a better mattress and pillow would be a good investment, because sleeping is the most important thing for the clients of any hotel; 3) the window was not sound proof and I was able to hear each and every car passing by the nearby street; they did not install it properly; I was able to block the noise by pushing it, but couldn’t find a way to keep it pushed without my continuous effort.
