Positive: On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They tailored breakfast to our taste, which was a nice personal touch and took care of meeting our requests.

Negative: The hotel seemed understaffed, which caused several issues. When we arrived, there was no one at reception, and the cook ended up giving us a key to a room that wasn’t ours. The room had a view of the main road instead of the mountain, which was disappointing. We spent nearly an hour waiting and finding our room. Another downside was the hidden costs. The sauna was 40 euros, and the jacuzzi was 10 euros, neither of which were disclosed when we booked. We were only informed of the jacuzzi fee at check-out.

Positive: the breakfast was rich and full of local and organic products, handmade by the host. the rooms are clean and the staff showed hospitality.

Negative: the spa facilities are not mentioned if they are free of charge, included in the rooms' price or additional charges. the location is next to the main street so it gets noisy sometimes when motorcycles go trough.

Positive: We stayed at Vila Victoria for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were clean, furnished in high quality and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was homemade, tasty and plenty. Each day we had fresh homemade doughnuts, which was our highlight! 😎 We also had dinner there once and can totally recommend it! We were a bit worried about the position at the main street of Moldovita, but we did not hear much from our room. All in all, a lovely experience , which we would repeat anytime (particularly the heated water barrel 🤩)

Negative: The only thing we missed in our was a blow dryer. Apparently it had been damaged by the prior guests.
