Positive: The villa is beautiful and spotless. The pool and jaccuzzi are perfect. And Ana and her husband are the nicest host, always ready to help. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay.

Positive: We had a great time at the villa which met the needs of our group of five very well. The kitchen is well stocked, great air conditioning throughout, 4 bathrooms, beautiful pool, and extremely clean and modern. Ana and her husband are beautiful hosts and very attentive and generous. Listen to their recommendations. We went to three of their recommended restaurants and were very happy. The villa is in a small local village with beautiful forest surrounds about 10-15 mins from Pazin, and all the beautiful villages, towns and beaches across Istria are accessible by 30 minute drive or less.

Negative: Huge lack of privacy - no window shields, curtains or blinds. Windows are completely naked and there is a lot of them so you feel very vulnerable. It was terrifying. Being in the middle of the forrest in unknown area, alone, with so many windows without a sheild makes you extremely paranoid and anxious. In bathrooms, every bathroom has a window directly across the shower - so anyone outside can see you showering. Only 1 out of 4 bathrooms had no windows but this shower was broken (no water). You are forced to be naked in front of a window without curtains not knowing if anyone is possibly standing outside. The house is really gorgeous but this issue made our stay really bad. No shower gel or soaps in bathrooms. No slippers, very cold floors Felt like the house is just finished 1 day ago and they had no time to work on important details

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Ana's villa. The entire villa is new and equipped with all amenities. We felt very welcome, Ana provided us with tasty snacks upon arrival and later in the week.

Negative: The only minor downside for us was the lack of privacy, the garden is currently still fairly open.
