Positive: spacious, but not at full potential. unfinished property at places can put some customers off nice features like aircon in every bedroom but no tv... all bedrooms same style

Negative: 3 bedroom double bed and just 1 double sofa is a joke same as small under 40" tv in huge liveing room. with full house of 6 it might be hard to find place to relax. bathroom need attantion silicone around bathtub is mouldy and windowcill is loose... poor wifi and dangling elelctrical cables everywhere. no power sockets on kichen counter to plug kettle...

Positive: Easy parking in front of house. Warm house and water. Well equipped kitchen and rooms. Office space in case is needed. Clean in general for non-hotel standards. Good communication with owner. 30m outside center but doable. Provided new baby cod. There is a small nice yard in front. Area is OK. Dark curtains were not cheap and were preventing the light. Could be a bit bigger to cover edges.

Negative: Bathtub not easy to use, consider adding a shower. Couch was not very comfortable, maybe another one couch is needed. There was smell in the second bathroom on ground floor during the night. Opening the window resolves the problem.

Summary: Value for money, would visit again, I recommend

Negative: (i). Water logging in the bathroom. (ii). One bathroom. (iii). 2 latrines. (iv). Non adjustable lights in the bedrooms. (v). Sink facility not appreciable. (vi). TV screen size not adequate.
