Positive: We were going as a group of friends, all of the rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The property is close to the beach, and has a beautiful view from the balcony. The host was great, there was a 200 EUR damage deposit per room which we didn't know of (but was there in the description), but she let us check in, and pay later that day since we didn't have all in cash.
Negative: The only problem was that there wasn't a microwave. In front of the property there's curb where you can park, watch out for it.

Positive: Amazing Stay at Villa Luce – Perfect Location and Exceptional Service! We spent an incredible week at Villa Luce and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The facilities were top-notch – everything was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, providing the perfect rest after a day at the beach or out exploring. The location is ideal: very close to Zrce Beach, just a few minutes away, yet the villa itself is set in a peaceful and quiet area, offering the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. The nearby beach is also beautiful and extremely clean, which made our daily swims even more enjoyable. What truly made the difference was the warmth and availability of the staff. Available since the arrive and very welcoming. We highly recommend Villa Luce for anyone looking for comfort, great location, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be coming back!
