Positive: Good location, 500m to the cable car. Nice garden, perfect balcony. Very sunny rooms. Parking included. Very kind host lady. Book for safety tracking for the guests, you can write in where you go for a hike. I even got some heating one night in early September.
Negative: The apartment has a bit of a strange layout. The only thing that should be instantly fixed is the bed, the linen was clean but the duvet and pillow smelled and felt old, worn-out and really bad. The mattress was far too soft.
Summary: Perfect for dayhikes for the Tatra

Positive: We had a lovely stay at Vila Limba. It’s situated at the edge of town but only 5-10 minute walk to train stations and restaurants. We booked the top floor room with a little balcony and a kitchenette and it was perfect for us. Spacious and very functional with a lovely view out to the valley. Matej and his mother were so kind allowing very early check-in and a late check-out. They left us some delicious sweets as well. The Italian reastaurant in Horny Smokovec that Matej recommended was fabulous. The room was quiet and peaceful. SmartTV worked great. Breakfast nook was very handy. Ideal stay for exploring the Tatras.
Negative: Nothing

Positive: The Vila was easily accessible by train, also for hiking directly to the High Tatras. The host was very welcoming and eager to share local knowledge of different places of interest. They were very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The bins were not emptied daily in our apartment and there was no information as to where we could empty them either. We needed to ask for more toilet rolls and were told (as with the emptying of bins) that they would be checked every 3 days. We therefore purchased our own toilet rolls to make up the short fall.
Summary: Well located, friendly hosts and comfortable room.

Positive: The location is great, the room is very comfy, kitchen is well equipped. We like the place, we liked the host lady, she is very nice, she speaks hungarian. We recommend this place a lot!
Negative: It would be nice if there is option for coffee in the morning, even if its for extra charge.
Summary: We want to go back :)
