Positive: The apartment was larger and right on the river with a great terrace as well.

Negative: The owner of the facility came into our apartment to demand an upfront cash payment for our stay and threatened to kick us out if we didn't pay immediately. He apparently does not accept credit card payments of any type, This was not communicated with us in advance. He was not pleasant or welcoming. There was no cook top or cooking plate when we entered and had to borrow one from the property attendant who was staying on the first floor. They gave us only two small towels and only 1 roll of toilet paper.

Summary: It was nice with the few exceptions as noted above.
