Positive: The location is amazing and central in the middle of the restaurant and close to the beaches

Negative: The television was not working . The hot water has an issue. Mosquito in the room. The room is not beach front, as it shows on the website. The price is overrated. When I complained about the hotel water not working, the owner texted and said no more than 40 degree however it was cold.

Positive: The location is ideal for Ksamil. A 2 minute walk to the beaches and right in the center of the restaurants. I travelled solo and found the location ideal for everything. The owner of the apartments allowed me to extend my stay and check in was very straightforward.

Negative: The only thing that bothered me during the stay was because I was on the ground floor. It allowed for ants in the apartment a couple of nights, which I had to try and kill with bug spray.

Positive: First line to the sea. Lucky it was calm and no food smells comes to the room, and The cleaning lady was kind and also gave me a basin to wash my clothes. Cleaning was done on the second day of our 5-day stay, and the bed linen was changed, which was a pleasant surprise.

Negative: Price in the high season😂 I wish this place gives little shower gels and shampoo.
