Positive: The beach is the strong point to choose this hotel. Quiet, clean, without beach vendors, etc.

Negative: The hotel is quite economical in small things. No fresh orange juice in the breakfast buffet (have to ask for it and one day, at 10am there wasn’t any orange left. There wasn’t any carton orange juice either), remember we are in Brazil! Onion had finished too at the tapioca station. Water in the bedroom wasn’t replaced unless asked. Toiletries are of low quality, no soap bar, cotton buds). Only one beach towel per person. Food was okay but there were some flies around the buffet. Few occasions of guests laughing and talking loudly in the corridor of rooms after 11:30pm. There was a balcony but no chairs to sit or rack to dry towels or swimwear. Staff is friendly though.

Positive: The staff were very nice, specially the entertainers. The beautiful grounds and nature

Negative: Not many choices of desserts for people with milk/eggs allergies. Tapioca was dry and had no taste. No feijoada for the days I was there. If you would close the balcony door when outside and you were alone, you would be locked out.

Positive: the beach is very good, all the staff are very polite. I like the small lakes with fishes and lots of birds around.

Negative: Few options of natural juice available, mainly in the breakfast. Secondly, the choice of restaurant selection must be during the check in , not in the other day between 9:00 and 11:00 AM, mainly when the hotel is busy and need to wait in line (mainly because people are still check the menus). Finally, it is necessary to have more trees or some structures around the pools to create some shadow to minimize the sun effects before 4:00 PM.
