Positive: The location is convenient, the room is neat, beautiful, the price-quality ratio was appropriate. Free parking lot. The staff is friendly. There was no noise from the neighbors, but the street nearby is really noisy.

Negative: Dogs cost extra, although they didn't write how much they would cost beforehand. Only took breakfast two mornings because it didn't meet our requirements. the second morning there were no vegetables. For breakfast there is an egg, sausages, buns, one dessert, yogurt, a little snack, ham and cheese. But really wanted vegetables. but it may not cause inconvenience to others.

Positive: Parking near the entrance. Airconditioning in the room, during the hot days. Coffee roasting plant right next door. I made reservation at the last minute and it was one of few places where it was possible to accommodate 5 people.

Negative: The villa is situated near busy street and it can be very noisy when you leave windows open. Perfect was the posibility of aircondition in the room, so the windows can be closed. The room cleaning didn't take out the bins until we were leaving. Also, it was pitty that there is hot water cattle in the room, but no tea or coffee as "welcome" drink.

Summary: The price fit my budget. Coffee roasting plant next door with excellent coffee.
