Positive: The villa itself was nice. Lady in the reception was very kind and helpful. Location in general was pretty good. Breakfast even though provided by separate legal entity was tasty and offer was sufficient.

Negative: There was substantial and continuous noise from kitchen ventilator which started in the morning (7 or 8 AM) and ended exactly at 10 PM. Since the room doesn´t have any A/C and it was pretty warm, we had to have at least the window open so it was quite frustrating.

Summary: Nice stay for couple nights without kids and with moderate expectations for comfort
