Positive: The place was great! Villa looks amazing, everything was new and clean. The host was super helpful and answered all of our questions within minutes of asking. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Primosten with friends or family. We will definetely come back!

Positive: Nice villa, well equipped, comfortable beds. Also in kitchen was everything what you can need. Special thanks to owner Mislav, who was very polite and helpful. Pool was little bit small but we arrive to enjoy sea and town and for children it was enough. Finally we had a nice holiday.

Positive: A beautiful house in a very good location, pedantically clean and equipped above the standard. The building is new, barely put into use, and thus everything inside, both furniture and equipment, is new, so there is nothing to complain about. Three large rooms upstairs with two bathrooms give comfort and intimacy if you need it. Large beds with very comfortable mattresses. Downstairs, there is a large spacious living room with a kitchenette and a separate toilet. All this in front of a private swimming pool which is accessed through a spacious door. The outdoor shower by the pool is very helpful and the car park is spacious with two parking spaces at your sole disposal. It was a successful stay for us in a modern, comfortable and ergonomically designed house of a higher standard. Everything was as we wanted and here the owner met 100 percent and more than you might expect.

Positive: Location is perfect, easy parking, not so far from main road, but far enough to be a quite place. Easy access to the city center and beach / 5 minute walk. private pool as a bonus. all brand new !

Negative: there is nothing to complain, facility is brand new, fully equipped for all your needs.

Summary: brand new villa, a lot of privacy even being split into two parts - everything clean and very nice !
