Summary: Curtains are old and hangs down from curtains rails. Lampshades in the bedroom are old and broken. All the lights were unplugued and the cord wrapped/tied around the lampshades Lights in the bathroom were burned

Summary: I grew up in this city. The area around the hotel is dirty. The whole city is dirty. It is Brazil but the property is well kept and the staff is great. The whole State of Rio de Janeiro is almost bankrupted due to corrupted politicians but if you have to go to Volta Redonda, I recommend this hotel. It is very central and easy to get around. It is close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast is delicious and the staff very friendly and professional.
