Positive: Overall, this is a beautiful accommodation with charming Tuscan vibes. Thanks to its location, the view from the living room is absolutely stunning. The rooms were equipped in a very modern way, and each bedroom had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a private bathroom. Everything matched the description perfectly. We especially enjoyed spending lovely evenings at the outdoor table. Whenever we had a question or issue, we received immediate assistance and very quick responses. We were welcomed in a very kind and pleasant way.
Negative: During our stay, we noticed a few small issues that could be improved. The dishwasher unfortunately did not work, and the room on the lower level felt a bit damp with some signs of mold on one wall. The outdoor chairs by the table were partly damaged, and in one of the bedrooms the boiler was located right outside the window, which could be heard throughout the night. Additionally, the shower water temperature was not always consistently warm. It is also worth mentioning that a car is quite necessary, as there are not many restaurants or shops within walking distance due to the hillside location. Furthermore, the path from the parking area to the accommodation is not level and requires climbing several stairs and an incline.

Positive: The property was huge, two kitchens, large bedrooms - all ensuite. Outdoor space nice also. Stunning views of the sea from the lounge. Host met us at the property and was very friendly - when we had a wifi issue he came straight away to help resolve.
Negative: Some of the facilities didn’t work - toilet in one en suite, dishwasher, one of the oven hobs. There was a lot of cleaning equipment left around (although it was very clean) and linen from previous guests was drying. There were no mugs - we used the bowls ! Quite a lot of construction material left around the edges of the property.
Summary: A nice property requiring a bit of TLC to warrant the inflated prices in Dhermi

Positive: Great Villa, magical place- the beaches which you need to drive to them are amazing- go to the private beach- Argjent beach
Negative: Access to the villa is not easy, with a car dont use the gps to get there because the road is tricky. Call the owner for instructions

Positive: The look from outside is very ancient like an old castle while inside the villa is very luxurious so it had a really good vibe and harmony
