Summary: It was a enjoyable stay. Good Breakfast and dinning buffet arrangement. Staffs were friendly and helpful . During night I felt the room heating was inadequate.

Summary: Tv in their room is very old one which can be upgraded. Bathroom was also not in good condition I had to call room service twice for separate issues. Overall stay was OK not worth the amount I paid.

Summary: 飯店還算新，服務人員很好，雖然飯店離主要市區有點遠，但因飯店有小巴士，隨時可載你下去或回飯店，所以一點都不覺得不方便。早餐雖然有點單調，但晚餐很棒。所以整體來說，還是值得在此住宿。湖區景色很棒。

Summary: We recently stayed at the Vikram Vintage Inn for two nights with my two daughters and a friend. Four of us fit easily in the premium room, with a spacious balcony, nice bathroom (hot showers!) and an incredible view of the mountains. We enjoyed lots of relaxing time on the balcony playing cards and enjoying the view. The check-in was friendly and efficient. All staff were friendly and helpful, including during our constant requests for shuttle pickups and drop offs. We had dinner at the buffet one night - it was delicious (expensive) and enjoyable.

Summary: Neat, clean and well maintained rooms, helpful staff, calm location. Loved the room given to us. I really appreciate the effort made by staff to make us comfortable. We were also given an early check in as per our demand. They only thing I think can be improved is breakfast options which I feel was limited.
