Positive: Room was comfortable and clean.

Negative: I was going to arrive after the check in window and attempted to call the hotel and the phone number in Booking.com did not work. The phone numbers on their door to call for late arrivals did not work. Fortunately, they replied to an earlier message that I had sent about arrival after the 3p-6p check in window so I was able to get into the room easily after I saw that message. This did not affect our stay negatively.

Positive: Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. Stayed there for Stokksnes beach and Vestrahorn and they do not disappoint.

Negative: The floor was very sandy. If that is something that couldn’t be avoided, it will great to provide guests with slippers.

Positive: The room was big, comfortable. The breakfast choices were plenty and various. Staff was excellent. If we are ever in the area we will return to this hotel. Added bonus - you are getting free access to the Vestrahorn Mountain.

Negative: It would be great to have a small fridge in the room, but otherwise we don't have anything else to say.
