Positive: The most amazing hotel; it is stunning in terms of look, design and architecture. The staff were lovely and it was a very relaxing 24 hours.
Negative: Whilst the staff were great, as a first time visitor, there were clearly things we didn’t know. At lunch time we were offered a set meal but only wanted a simple lunch (oh, we have a “snack menu”). We explained our allergies to about four people.. and then at dinner we were served one course without a key ingredient. It just didnt feel as relaxed as it should have done.
Summary: Amazing hotel but a little chaotic at times.

Positive: Vik Hotel is a work of art and the service is perfect. Beautiful spacious room with a view (the bathroom was so pretty), delicious food and, obviously, amazing wine. We had a wonderful time.
