Positive: I like the place where it is located. Staffs are very good. Chef and food was very good.

Negative: Though I like the place, but I didn't expect it was so far from the main town. If I had gone by my car/bike, this place would have been very nice. For this, I booked their cab and it cost me very much. They said for pick and drop from bus stand to room and room to bus stand 500/- each side, and for Ooty visit 2000/-. In Ooty visit they said they will show 5/6 places, but it was only 4 places. That too the last one, while going rain started but the driver took us to the place i.e. rose garden. What is the use of that in rain? They just wanted to complete those for the name sake only, not for tourist wish they are working. I said after that we can go to some other places, but he denied as after 5.30 all get closed, he said. So as we have visited less places, the charges should be accordingly, but it wasn't. Rather they charged more. So according to the above calculation 500+500+2000, it should be 3k, but they took 3500 from me. I repeatedly told this is not the calculation and how you are charging 500 extra, but it went in vain. We didn't even visit the places of Rs. 2000 which should not be, but anyhow I gave. Fine, but why again 500 extra?

Summary: Stay was good but I was expecting more according to the charges.Place was very nice. Cab cost much.

Positive: The staff were good and polite. The food was good and made fresh. The best thing was the view from our room, it was amazing!!

Negative: The room was not clean. There we no toiletries. There were flies and other insects in the room. In booking.com it says the room has closet or wardrobe but there was nothing. We didn't have water as well for a couple of times. The overall check in experience was very disappointing.

Positive: Perfect scenic location. The view from rooms is so beautiful. Foods are very good.

Negative: There were several problems with one room. Bathroom door lock was not working properly and the geyser was not working. Rooms don't have wardrobes to keep our clothes.
