Positive: Great view! Amazing pool! but the host was excellent and made the stay memorable. I would come back again. This is a great spot if you are coming with a big group for a week vacation.

Negative: The only problem is the drive uphill to the house is a bit of a challenge. If you are a good driver it is not a problem. But if you are renting a car and not a good driver i would advise taking a cab. However, the host is willing to call cheap cabs for you during your stay making life easy!

Positive: Matija, the owner, was amazing — always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. When we arrived, he had prepared packs of water and cold beers in the fridge, which was really nice. The villa itself is fantastic: spacious enough for large groups (we were 14 people), with stunning view and great facilities.

Positive: The location has the best view of the whole of Budva with an infinity pool overlooking everything. At the top of the hill you have privacy and no cars or tourists walking by the villa. The host was amazing, helping us to organize every taxi, drinks, pizza delivery - he went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you!

Positive: Best view any of us have ever seen from a villa. Villa owner Matija is also the best host ever had - super friendly, easy going and will help out however he can (e.g. booking cheap taxis, shops etc). The bedrooms and facilities generally were great too, including the amazing infinity pool

Negative: The road up is very steep (hence the amazing view) and isn’t walkable so taxis are normally required which is fine, but make sure you book through Matija to ensure you don’t pay over the odds

Positive: Viewpoint Villa is perhaps the best place to stay in Budva, if not the entire region. Rooms were spotless, comfortable and fully equipped, with kitchens, BBQ, a lovely pool and lots of social space. And the view is absolutely incredible - the photos really do not do it justice. However, the true star of the property was the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He provided lifts, helped to book taxis, took us to the supermarket and more. Just an incredible stay that I would take again in a heartbeat. I hope very soon to return to Viewpoint Villa.

Positive: The best thing in this villa is the owner, I was in few villas in my life I’ve never met such great guy like matyu the owner!!!! About the villa everything was perfect, view it is close to the center (you have to take taxi to get there) taxi cost is 5 euro to the center.. everything was just perfect !!!!!
